Denver, Colorado, August 20, 2024 — Clermont Dental is thrilled to announce its expansion into Greenwood Village, Colorado, with the signing of a 15-year lease agreement at the Colorado Health & Tech Centers (CHTC). Clermont Dental will be a day-one tenant at the newly renovated CHTC flagship location at 5800 South Quebec Street, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth and commitment to providing top-tier Biologic, Holistic, and Cosmetic Dental care.
The move comes as Clermont Dental has outgrown its previous location off Evans Avenue, following several years of steady growth. The new, custom-built dental studio will feature a state-of-the-art surgical suite and will occupy a prime atrium-level space with exterior privacy glass walls, abundant natural light, and direct access to covered parking.

As the first healthcare provider to sign a lease at the 170,000-square-foot CHTC facility, Clermont Dental is leading a wave of medical practitioners moving into the center, which is strategically positioned off Orchard Road and Interstate 25. The flagship location is poised to become a hub of innovation, bringing together experts in healthcare, tech, biotech, quantum computing, AI, and space exploration.
